The greatest heroes are those who risk everything and make the greatest sacrifice to protect our world and those we love. On this Memorial Day, I want to share my warmest wishes to you in honor of everyone who made that great sacrifice.
Join us this Thursday for an evening of music and dance at James Logan High School’s Center for Performing Arts. This year’s Spring Gala will spotlight all music by female composers. You will be entertained by James Logan’s Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony, Percussion Ensembles, Color Guard, and various student chamber groups.

James Logan High School will be hosting a 2-day Regional competition for Winter Guard International (WGI) this weekend. Prelims will be held on Saturday (3/16) with winners in each category advancing to the Sunday competition (3/17). There are over 50 participating schools from all over California in the competition. Welcome to our 32nd annual π Day! Help us celebrate this never-ending number (3.14159 . . .) and Einstein’s birthday as well. On the afternoon of Thursday, March 14, 2019, visit us for Community Pi (π) Day, participate in π-related activities, and enjoy a piece of pie.
Founded at the Exploratorium by our own Prince of π, physicist Larry Shaw, π Day has become an international holiday, celebrated live and online all around the world.
